I authorize Kriva Vrata Escape Room to edit, copy, exhibit, distribute, or use any imagery and/or video material of me for any lawful purpose or marketing promotion purposes.
The authorization I provided extends to any languages, formats, and media that will be created during my stay on the premises of the company, specifically during the entire duration of the game.
I waive my right to approve and/or impact a product that is used for marketing and promotion purposes where I or my likeness appears.
I hereby waive all and any rights to any royalties or any other compensation in any form when it comes to the use of the imagery or video material indicated in this form.
I consent that the materials will be the sole property of Kriva Vrata Escape Room.
I understand that while participating in a game, I will be monitored via video feed and that motion or still photographs of me may be captured. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by employees, representatives, or agents determined to be conducive to using this content for marketing purposes or reprint and distribute for any publication with copyright to accompany the content when used.
