Nothing is ever as it seems, and if we dare to scratch beneath the surface, we soon may realize that there is more than meets the eye. There might be a whole other world, invisible to the naked eye. When you enter this room, you will quickly become aware that there is a world we cannot see with the naked eye. Some secrets should never see the light of day... Some people are brave enough and daring enough to look under the microscope, to confront the truth that could forever change the world as we know it.

In this game, you are a team of young microbiologists working together in the laboratory. An important detail in this story is your friendship with your former mentor - Ulrich Dobritzsch. Although scientist Dobritzsch initially seemed like the kind of mentor you only could wish for, and as a scientist who passed on his love for science to you, over time you realized that this does not include love for humanity.

Eventually, you realize that you do not share the same beliefs as your mentor, and as a result, your friendship comes to an end. The experiments of your former mentor became increasingly shrouded in mystery, incomprehensible, unpredictable, and without any supervision... The year is 1999, the end of a significant millennium for science. Today is supposed to be just another ordinary workday in the laboratory; however, today is also when you will discover the true extent of Ulrich Dobritzsch's madness and sinister ambitions...
