The prices for the services can be viewed online and they are valid on the day of the booked appointment. The service providers may change the price points.
Kriva Vrata escape rooms are intended for groups, of a minimum of two, and up to six players. All services the companies provide you may use at your own risk. Participants under the age of 12, need to be escorted by an adult.. Fees can vary based on the game room, as well as seasonality, and the companies can change the price points at any time. Any personal information provided by the users is solely used for identification and invoicing purposes. The user has the right to prohibit any use of their personal information. Any personal information provided by the users will be stored and will not be shared with any third parties.
The user is not allowed to enter the facility under the influence of alcohol, psychoactive drugs or substances that may impair their judgment, coordination, or abilities during the game. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited. It is not allowed to enter the facility while wearing any kind of weapons: knives, explosives, guns, explosives, or flammable items that may compromise the user’s safety. Flashlights and any other devices that may cause possible distractions throughout the game are not allowed, as they might affect the game experience
Users who suffer from any serious illnesses (panic attacks, heart risks, epilepsy, etc.) are not advised to participate in any of our games; the users are required to affirm that they are in good physical and mental state and that they are free from any condition that can be aggravated by any kind of participation in mentally challenging activities.
The rooms are completely safe, but in the case of an emergency, the users should follow the evacuation routes and instructions provided by the game master. The entire course of the game will be supervised by the game master, and in the case of any unexpected issues and occurrences, the game master will intervene immediately. If the issues are severe, the game master will abruptly end the game and escort the users out of the facility.
The service provider limits its liability for any damages, injuries, or possible losses that may arise from the user’s negligence. This also applies to unforeseeable circumstances and events that are beyond the service provider's control.
The user acknowledges in this sense to accept these limitations of liability as a condition of participating in the escape room and all activities.
The service provider reserves the right to change the given terms and conditions at any time and without any prior notice to all customers.
